This is an authorized blog of the Athenaeum Music and Arts Library in La Jolla, California. It contains (or will eventually contain) information about recent and upcoming Athenaeum-sponsored events, as well as details about the library’s collection.
The blog is maintained by Ben Sobel, the Athenaeum’s current Music Intern. He is a member of the Bishop’s School’s class of 2011, and will start his junior year in high school this fall (a.k.a. mid-August). Ben is an avid multi-instrumentalist, and a dedicated jazz tenor saxophonist.
